Use Log water test or Other care on a pond's page when you want to record something that has already happened.
Each koi can have its own profile and history. You can keep track of measurements and growth, photos, health events, awards, and notes.
As you add measurements, Pond Tracker builds a growth history for that koi so you can follow its development over time.
Use reminders for things you need to do in the future, such as testing the water, cleaning a filter, giving the next treatment dose, checking on a health issue, or completing another pond task. Add one from a pond's page with Add reminder.
Items due today or overdue will appear under Needs Attention on your Home screen. Below it, See all scheduled care shows everything coming up, and you can add a reminder there too.
In the phone app, Settings > Phone notifications can also send you a notification on days when something is due.
Your records are saved to your Play It Koi account, so they are there on any phone, computer, or browser where you sign in.
Nothing in the sample pond is saved. Settings and backups need an account, so sign in to start your own.
Export Backup saves a copy of your Pond Tracker records, photos included.
Restore Backup lets you bring those records back from a previously exported backup file. It replaces the records in your account with the ones in the file.
Both are in Settings. It is a good idea to keep an occasional backup of information that is important to you.
You can return to this Help page anytime. There is no required way to use Pond Tracker. Start with what is useful to you, and let your pond and koi records grow over time.
