Springtime Koi Pond Supplies

Wake your pond up right for the season and practice good springtime pond husbandry to keep your pond healthy, happy, and beautiful all season long.  

Now is the time to add cold water beneficial bacteria to fend off deadly Aremonas alley to keep your koi safe. A good spring cleanout with a pond vacuum can set your pond out on the right foot. Don't forget to change out your UV bulbs as they require new bulbs every 12-14 mos to stay effective.  Once temperatures reach 50 degrees, you're also safe to treat with many koi parasite treatments which require temps to be above 50 degrees to safely treat.
