Yes! but for a few exceptions (liner & a few extra large freight items) shipping is free over $99.

It depends on where you are. However, most orders take 0-2 day processing time + transit time that will vary by shipper but typically 3- business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

At this time, we only ship within the North America. We ship all across the US and Canada. Shipping costs will apply outside of the continental US. We offer free shipping on most orders over $99 (excluding liner and a few specialty freight items)


Yes! We do. We strive to offer the best service, selection, and quality of Pond supplies. And, also at the best prices too. If you happen to find a price out there for less, contact us with your price match request and we will do our best to meet or beat it.
