Pickup Available: After 6:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday
No weekend or holiday pickups unless confirmed in advance with support for emergencies.

Is My Item Available for Local Pickup?

To easily know whether or not the item you're looking for is available in our local inventory, check right underneath the "Add to cart" button. If we have the item available for local pickup, you'll see a notification like this:

If you don't see this message, the item may need to be shipped or is not currently in stock at our location.

How It Works

  1. Select "Pick up" at checkout instead of shipping.
  2. Our team packs pickup orders Monday through Friday between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM PT.
  3. You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your order is packed — please wait for this email before heading to our location.
  4. Your package will be placed on the front porch labeled with your name and order number. Pick it up anytime after 6:00 PM.
  5. Packages are typically brought inside around 9:00 PM PT and set back out the following morning by 9:00 AM PT.

⚠️ Important: The "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email is the only signal that your order is packed and available on the porch. If you have not received that email, your order is not yet ready.

Pickup Window

Once your order is marked ready, your package will be on the front porch:

  • Evening: Available after 6:00 PM until approximately 9:00 PM PT (packages are brought inside overnight).
  • Morning: Packages are set back out by approximately 9:00 AM PT the following day.
