When to Use Shoreline Defense
Shoreline Defense should be applied to target weeds while they are actively growing. Once applied, the active ingredients are absorbed by the plant and translocated to the roots, helping to kill the entire plant.
How to Use Shoreline Defense
Mix the desired amount of Shoreline Defense with pond water according to the product label directions. Using a pressurized sprayer, apply the solution directly to the target weeds, thoroughly wetting the foliage. Treated weeds will gradually begin to brown and die. Once the weeds have died, cut and rake away the plant material to help prevent the accumulation of decaying vegetation and pond muck.
State Restrictions
Shoreline Defense cannot be shipped to the following states and jurisdictions:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.
