- ClearMAX is safe for use with fish, plants, birds or domestic animals that drink from the pond, when used as directed.
- Keep Aerated: As the clumping process with all flocculants consumes oxygen, ensure your pond has robust aeration and that your pumps are running continuously.
- Avoid Overdosing: Exceeding the recommended amount can coat the gills of your Koi, which restricts their ability to breathe
- Avoid Other Chemicals: Do not use flocculants at the same time as algaecides, as the combination can rapidly deplete oxygen and harm the aquatic ecosystem.
