The Teton XPF Series pumps are high volume, direct-drive submersible pumps, constructed of heavy duty materials which makes them great for demanding applications, with a capacity to handle up to 3/4" solids and are typically used for large fountains, ponds and other applications.

FEATURES: Handles up to 3/4" solids, Vortex impeller design, Direct drive, High head capacity, Thermal overload, Threaded (NPT) discharge, 2-Year Warranty

Why a Vortex Impeller Matters

If your pump will sit on the pond bottom or in a skimmer that fills with leaves, clogging is the problem you're really buying against. A standard centrifugal impeller drags debris straight through its blades. The XPF's vortex impeller spins up a column of water that carries solids past without the impeller touching them, so pieces up to 3/4 in get through instead of jamming it.

The motor matters too. Direct drive gives you more torque and more head pressure than a mag drive pump of the same wattage, which is what tall waterfalls, long pipe runs and restrictive filters call for.

Built for Continuous Duty

  • It's rated to run 24/7, as long as it stays fully submerged.
  • If the motor overheats, the thermal overload shuts it down and the pump restarts on its own once it cools. You don't have to reset anything.
  • The motor housing is stainless steel to resist corrosion; the pump body is fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • No external housing needed. Set it straight into the pond, a skimmer box or the water feature.
  • Beyond ponds and fountains, it also handles general de-watering and water transfer.
