1. ¿Qué es su Garantía Alive?
Garantizamos que todos los koi llegarán sanos y salvos. Si hay algún problema, póngase en contacto con nosotros inmediatamente después de su llegada con fotografías y una descripción del problema.
2. ¿Cuándo llegará mi koi?
Los horarios de envío de Koi son los siguientes:
- Los pedidos realizados el lunes llegarán el jueves.
- Los pedidos realizados el martes, miércoles o jueves llegarán el martes siguiente.
- Los pedidos realizados el viernes, sábado o domingo llegarán el miércoles siguiente.
Nuestros peces koi se envasan cuidadosamente en bolsas oxigenadas y se envían en cajas aisladas para garantizar que se mantengan saludables durante el transporte. Utilizamos el envío urgente al día siguiente para minimizar el tiempo que pasan los peces en tránsito. Debido a esto, todos los pedidos de peces koi vivos incurrirán en costos de envío de $75.00.
4. ¿Cómo puedo aclimatar mi nuevo pez a mi estanque?
Para aclimatar su nuevo koi a su estanque:
- Deje flotar la bolsa sin abrir en el estanque durante 20 a 30 minutos para igualar la temperatura.
- Abra la bolsa y agregue una pequeña cantidad de agua del estanque. Repita este proceso cada 10 minutos durante aproximadamente una hora.
- Suelte suavemente el pez en el estanque.
