Descripción
Esta herbácea perenne compacta tiene hojas largas, estrechas y de color verde oscuro que pueden crecer hasta 30 cm de alto por 60 cm de ancho. Florece profusamente durante los meses cálidos, con vistosas flores rosadas tubulares parecidas a las de las petunias. Plántela a pleno sol o en sombra parcial y proporcione un riego moderado. Las plántulas que no tengan el porte compacto pueden crecer en suelos húmedos. Corte las plantas a fines del invierno para eliminar los daños causados por las heladas y estimular el crecimiento nuevo.
