Description
The PondMAX DetoxMAX Dry Pond Dechlorinator will remove all heavy metal build-up, ammonia, chlorine and chloramine that can be found in municipal water. Also adds a protectant for fish to prevent slime build up. Helps to heal wounds and abrasions during times of stress such as during water changes and clean-outs.
PondMAX DetoxMAX Liquid Pond Dechlorinator is safe for use with fish, plants, birds, or domestic animals that drink from the pond.
Application Rates
1/2 oz: Treats up to 1,500 Gallons
1 oz: Treats up to 3,000 Gallons
2 oz: Treats up to 6,000 Gallons
Pond Size Calculation: L x W x Avg. Depth x 7.5 = Gallons
Apply at the rate prescribed after new pond has been filled. After 20 minutes pond water will be safe for fish and plants to be added. Apply at the rate prescribed when performing a water change or refilling evaporated water.
During water changes apply prescribed rates of DetoxMAX into buckets of tap water with correct number of gallons per bucket. Stir water in the bucket and dump treated water into the pond. Apply DetoxMAX in pond where circulation is highest.
