Pellet Size & Feeding
Platinum is the food to reach for once your koi are 6 inches or longer. Its 6mm floating pellet is bigger than the ones in PondMAX Color Enhancer and PondMAX Staple Growth. Natural pigment sources for the reds and yellows are built into that same pellet, and if you'd rather keep established, larger koi on one diet through the warm months, this is that diet.
- Feed only while the pond is consistently above 60°F. When it drops below 60°F, change to PondMAX Spring & Fall Wheat Germ, and below 40°F don't feed at all.
- Feed 2–3 times a day, no more than the fish will eat in 5 minutes, and take out leftovers promptly.
- The bag is resealable, which helps keep the food fresh between feedings. Made in the USA.
