Square vs Round Fountain Basins
Atlantic's fountain basin lineup covers two shapes with different design intent:
- Round basins (32" and 46") — purpose-built for vase fountains, hammered brass bowls, and classical spillway bowls. The round profile circulates water evenly under a single central feature.
- Square basins (24", 35", 47") — the right shape for square-footprint features: urns, multi-column basalt displays, modern water walls, and hardscape-integrated installations where the basin sits under pavers or within a patio cutout.
All basins are rigid fiberglass-reinforced construction rated to support a full pump + stone load of up to several hundred pounds depending on size.
