A remote-controlled color-changing LED ring illuminates the rising water plume from below, cycling through 16 colors and animated modes — from a gentle color wash to dynamic strobing. Weatherproof construction and a low-voltage 12V transformer make it safe for continuous submersed operation around fountain basins.
