Each net catches the larger surface debris (leaves, sticks, twigs, pine needles) that floats into the skimmer before it reaches the Matala filter mat downstream — pulling the net out, dumping the debris, and dropping it back in is a 30-second weekly maintenance task. Available in four sizes matched to every current Blue Thumb skimmer model — Serenity (7.5" weir), Crystal Falls (7.5" weir), and the Small / Medium / Large Elite Series (8" / 10" / 15" weirs).
