Description
The Carex elata, or 'Bowles Golden' Sedge is a moisture-loving and award-winning ornamental grass. This sedge has bright gold foliage, with thin green edges that curl towards the ground. It requires partial to full shade and requires a consistently wet or moist environment to thrive. It's taller than most sedges, and forms attractive and upright tufts and is great around the edges of your water garden.
