Ingredients

Water, proprietary polymer mix in an aqueous solution, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Salt-free formulation that duplicates 98% of natural fish skin-slime composition.

Dosing Instructions

Standard Dose

Use 1 teaspoon (~5 mL) per 20 gallons of water with each addition of new water. Dosage can be increased as needed, but expect clouding of the water at higher doses.

Application

Use Bio-Bandage Lite® to improve medication efficiency during treatment regimens and to reduce loss of fish, invertebrates, and amphibians during transportation. The proprietary blend of polymers and vitamins helps medications adhere to wounded areas and accelerates external recovery.

Required Pairing

Bio-Bandage Lite® must be used in conjunction with Hikari ClorAm-X® or Ultimate® to remove chloramine, chlorine, and ammonia, which can be toxic to fish. Bio-Bandage Lite® alone does not detoxify ammonia or chlorine.

Contraindications

• Not for human or veterinary medical use.
• Not for use on food fishes (intended for human consumption).
• Not for use as an economic poison.
• For aquarium and ornamental pond use only.
• Avoid skin and eye contact. Avoid ingestion. If swallowed, contact poison control immediately. Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes if contacted. Wash skin with mild soap and warm water if exposed. Keep out of reach of children.
