United StatesFilter was leaking into the backwash so pond guy recommended replacing the handle and it worked!
United StatesThis was a replacement for a Hayward brand which did not last that long. The Aqua brand has a better quality spring and construction. Happy with the product, ease of installation and price. Communication from seller was excellent. Only con which is not the sellers fault was delivery with FedEx took 6 days from Oregon to San Jose, California.
United StatesThe internal shaft of my Aqua Ultima II failed during backwash, rendering the filtration system useless. Play It Koi had the part and shipped it immediately. I failed to take care of express shipping at the purchase. Play It Koi answered a phone call and sent my part out overnight delivery. I thank you and my turtles and fish thank you!
