Description
Sea Side Aquatics rotary drum filters (RDFs) are self-cleaning mechanical filters that remove solid waste from your koi pond before it reaches your biological filtration. Pond water passes through a fine woven stainless-steel drum screen; captured solids are automatically rinsed to a waste line on a timer or sensor, for consistently clear water with very little hands-on maintenance.
Choose your model, then your feed type
Pick the model that matches your pond, then choose Gravity Fed or Pump Fed. All flow figures below are maximum gravity-fed ratings; a pump-fed unit is rated roughly 30% lower, so size up if you are pumping into the filter.

Pump-fed configurations add extra 110 mm outlets on most models. D50 pond sizing is not published by the manufacturer; size it from the flow rating.
