The XL Bio Media / Bacteria House Media – Bakki Shower H-1 is a professional-grade biological filtration media designed for high-performance koi ponds, Bakki shower systems, aquaculture setups, and large aquarium filtration.
Each piece is made from a highly porous ceramic material that provides massive surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonize. This results in exceptional ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate reduction and crystal-clear, healthy water.
This media is extremely lightweight, porous, and efficient — but also very fragile. While each box is carefully hand-packed, breakage during transport is possible and not guaranteed against.
