Description
Nelumbo nucifera ‘Qianban Lian’ — large pond lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.
Fun, Fun, Fun. It's worth the wait to get one of these multi-hearted flowers which are considered to bring good luck! 'Traditional Thousand Petals' is famous and much desired for forming multiple flower structures (hearts) on the same stem (peduncle). See below for tips on planting this really large lotus.
